Yes they can since they are form of electromagnetic waves which doe snot need a medium to travel 🙂 Sound waves travel inside vacuum but not outside it 🙂
What is a radio signal? and how do you change them and see how they react to things?
Light supposedly takes 8 minutes to reach earth, how is this possible in the vacuum of space?
Are radio signals harmful to humans?
