Ha ha – well who knows because we haven’t used them all yet….

Maybe we could understand better what infinity is, or unending space, unending time. I think we have some idea about these, but we can’t fully take it in….

Maybe we would harness the ability to make things spontaneously combust – that might be fun, but highly dangerous…. maybe we could move objects without touching them …..again dangerous to the wrong minds.

For me one of the best bits about research is that we are all building on the knowledge and development made so far as a human race – each time there is a new discovery or invention it pushes lots of research forward in sometimes unexpected ways – so the potential is always increasing.

Good answer from Gill! I also think the exciting part is that we don’t know yet … it’s something that curious people like yourselves can find out about in the future 🙂

wonders and amazing stuff!! If we figure out how to use our brains to their full potential then that’s a start 😉

I would add to Gill that sometimes our emotions and psychological thinking stops us from going far and also fear from the unknown!!

We actually only use a very small part of out brains but what we have done is make machines (computers) that can carry out calculations so fast that they appear to be thinking and, in any event, these machines can do these tasks far more quickly and accurately than us so the real realisation of potential probably lies in developing ever more sophisticated computers.
