      I would leave this to the others since it is not really my area of expertise 🙂

      But I guess you started from somewhere and you started growing, I am not saying it was an explosion and you were created but at least there were forces, reactions and multiplications so something happened there 😀

      Hi Daniel… The matter you use to grow comes from the food that you eat. So those atoms and molecules are just recycled. New matter isn’t created, your body is just incredibly clever at breaking up food and turning it into body! 🙂 It’s like building something out of lego, then breaking it apart and building something totally different using the same bricks.

      Ah – but growing isn’t the same as creating matter. When you grow, your body collects matter from other sources – from the food you eat (amino acids to build up proteins,fats to build up – er – fat minerals to buld up your skeleton and sugars to give you body the energy to do the building). Creating matter needs energy and a lot of physics. I don’t go there.
