  Wow really interesting question and this got me thinking seriously although I am not an astro-physicist but I guess my answer would be no since we are dealing with an infinite universe or that is what we believe since we cannot measure its limit if there are any!! So knowing the highest point in space is like saying the universe is constrained within a certain dimension and at the moment this is hard to prove or disprove 🙂
