First I wanted to be an artist but then I went ot secondary school and met the most inspiring teacher I have ever met, my chemistry master Mr Good. From then on it was chemistry chemistry chemistry. I did also have dreams of becoming a professional footballer but just about made semi-pro. I simply wasn’t good enough and certainly wouldn’t have made a decent living.
I know it my sound that it is a made up answer just because I am answering here but seriously … I wanted to be someone who fixes electronic stuff and also build new communication devices 😀
Like Jack I really didn’t know – until I got to high school. I loved physics, maths and geography, so I put them all together and studied energy engineering, and then later environmental engineering. All good; all very, very good 🙂
