I shouldn’t say this but I crack open a bottle of wine. Then I have supper – it is my main meal of the day as I don’t eat beakfast and very little lunch (I still haven’t eaten yet today – I know that isn’t the healthy way to eat………..). By then I find I’ve chilled out and then I usually do some more “work” but, because I enjoy it, it isn’t like work. Otherwise I catalogue my butterfly collection (did I really admit that last bit in a public forum!!!????)

I go for a run with my favourite music on my ipod.. i find it’s the best way to completely empty your mind. I also like watching a bit of TV … quite hooked on Masterchef at the moment 🙂

I think I might be tempted to dwell on work stuff – but I am prevented from doing this by my 4 young kids. I don’t think its healthy to have all work and no play, so I am glad they get me playing football, jumping on the trampoline and going swimming. 🙂

To be honest sometimes I feel that I am in work mood but that’s because at home I get to do the extra bits of work the self-learning part!! But I usually check my Facebook account or chat with friends online and I love youtube-ing documentaries and some weird videos specially people and their technologies 😀
