Question: What is biotechnology?

It’s a man-made technology that interacts with a biological system.. or it could include man-made biological systems like genetically engineered bacteria or plants.. There could be big advances in this field in the next few years when nanotechnology – tiny devices designed to do specific jobs – could be used to attack cancers or treat other diseases inside the body. This could really reduce the need for dangerous surgery or radiation treatment. It’s quite exciting! 🙂
