      Being able to think about things outside the box and what makes it even more exciting is being able to prove some of it in the lab … Oh the joy 😀

      People, definately people!! There are many technology solutions to the world’s challenges, but we have to make sure people know how to use them properly. People are a complex mixture of their culture, heritage, personality, feelings, emotions, beliefs and experiences. Fascinating!! 🙂

      I think travelling, meeting people and knowing that there are people on the other side of the world working on the same subject as you. It’s nice to think that we’re all working together towards the same goal .. to make clean energy 🙂

      Wow!! So many things excite me but I’m a chemist and, if I had to choose one thing, it is when I synthesise a new molecule because that is the first time that combination of atoms has ever existed. It is real creation.
