Not quite sure now but I hope still doing the science and engineering I enjoy and also outreaching to the public about the latest science technologies … It will be great if I can do outreach at international level and make the world aware of how we can make the Earth a better place by taking everything step by step and thinking logically 😀
From my science prospective, would love t be able to design a wireless device that can get power and energy from the environment and all the signal s around us rather than exhaust electricity sources!!

I’m sure I’ll still be an academic – but maybe a bit more senior than a lecturer. I like what I do, so I’ll stick with it. I’d like to think that I’ll be recognised internationally for my contribution towards energy and climate change….and making the difference like I always wanted to since I was at school 🙂

I hope that my chemistry will be operating in nuclear reprocessing plants around the world helping to remove our nuclear legacy and it will also have helped successfully to clean up the land around Fukushima. I hope my protein chemistry will be used by large pharmaceutical companies to make complex drugs such as Fuzeon which is currently the best treatment for AIDS, acting as a total cure.

In 10 years time, the ITER tokamak will have been running for about 3 years … it will be getting ready to produce 10 times more energy than it consumes and hopefully prove that fusion energy can give us affordable electricity! I’d love to be there to see it happen 🙂
